RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Gratsi may accept returns and/or issue refunds but such will be on a case-by-case basis and subject to applicable law. Should you wish to start a return or refund, your sole remedy is to contact Gratsi within 60 days of delivery. You can contact us at [email protected] 

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Gratsi within 60 days of the delivery date. Gratsi will determine recourse on a case-by-case basis—which may require submitting a photo of the damaged goods.

If an order is lost during shipping, Gratsi will resend the order to the recipient at no charge.

WEATHER DAMAGES
Gratsi reserves the right to delay shipment in order to prevent damages to products due to weather conditions (such as, but not limited to, extreme temperatures). Gratsi assumes no liability for shipment delays or for any damages to alcohol beverages due to weather, temperature, or related conditions regardless of whether or not the shipment is delayed.

If Gratsi notifies you of a shipment delay due to weather but you still request shipment, Gratsi does not assume any risk for the shipment. Gratsi reserves the right to request written confirmation that you will assume the risk prior to Gratsi shipping the order.
