Q: Can I buy Gratsi wines in retail stores?

A: No. We only sell our wines directly on this site. Controlling every transaction from start to finish allows us to provide the best service possible. Also, we're sentimental and want to get to know our customers!


Q: Can Gratsi ship wines directly to all U.S. states?

A: Unfortunately, not all states allow it. Although we ship to the majority of them, some states will not allow wineries to ship directly to their residents. Here are the lists of states we can and cannot deliver to.

NO: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia

RESTRICTED: Alabama - must deliver to a state regulated ABC Select Spirits location. Cannot deliver directly to residential or business addresses.


Q: Do I have to subscribe to order your wine?

A: No. Our subscription service is a free option for our members to make their lives a little easier. You can also login and order whatever you want, anytime.

** There's no fee to subscribe and you can modify your subscription (or turn it off completely) at any time.


Q: Are Gratsi wines lower in sugar than other wines?

A: Yes. Our wines have far less residual sugars than most wines in the market. We're happy to go into more details with you on this piece... just hit us up!


Q: Can I recycle the box?

A: Yep. All our boxes are made from 100% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable. The bags are also recyclable, so please just take the bag out of the box when you're finished and place everything in your recycle bin.


Q: I like your logo. What does it mean for Gratsi?

A: Thanks, we like it too! Big shout out to Jon Schubert. It's a European Water Buffalo, which is the foundation of Buffalo Mozzarella cheese. We're not sure you could ever convince us that there is anything finer than a glass of red wine with fresh Buffalo Mozzarella.
