Balanced and bright white

An intensely aromatic and crisp dry white wine. Bursting with citrus notes and hints of pink grapefruit, the palate is tangy and refreshing and finishes with a clean mineral edge. This white blend is dominated by Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the Limoux region in the foothills of the Pyrenees. This is a cooler part of the Languedoc known for producing fresh, vibrant whites. A touch of Chardonnay from the Gard region near Nîmes adds a subtle layer of tropical fruit character. A perfect match for grilled white fish and seafood.

Our Story

Love for the Mediterranean inspired Gratsi — slow mornings, a town stroll, fresh food and a carafe of local wine. Back home we lost our way, fast food, fast life. By hand selecting American vineyards, avoiding the 76 FDA approved additives, added sugars, and inefficient packaging, Gratsi reminds us to “Live Slow & Live More.”
