STEP 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
STEP 2: Prepare the Pan
Line baking pan with parchment paper.
STEP 3: Cut the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, cut pizza dough in to 8 pieces using a bench scraper.
STEP 4: Stuff and Shape the Rolls
Form a rectangle, add a cube of cheese, and fold inward to form a tight ball.
STEP 5: Bake the Rolls
Bake for about 15 minutes.
STEP 6: Make the Garlic Butter
Melt butter and lightly sauté crushed garlic.
STEP 7: Brush with Garlic Butter
Brush with garlic butter.
STEP 8: Finish with Salt and Herbs
Sprinkle with course salt and your favorite Italian herbs.
STEP 9: Dip and Enjoy
