TOTAL TIME

These healthy baked chickpea patties are a fresh take on a classic Mediterranean staple, full of flavor. And the best part? They’re baked, not fried so you get all the comfort, with none of the guilt. Packed with protein, fiber, and vibrant herbs, they’re perfect for a nourishing lunch or a light dinner, especially when paired with a generous spoonful of creamy homemade tzatziki.

Serve warm with tzatziki. And for the perfect finishing touch? Pour yourself a glass of Gratsi Rosé. Its bright, fruity notes beautifully complement the earthiness of the chickpeas and the freshness of the herbs. A simple, feel-good meal—the Greek way.
