Ingredients

If summer had a signature cocktail, this would be it. The Hugo Spritz is crisp, floral, and wonderfully refreshing. Made for slow afternoons, good company, and Mediterranean-inspired moments.

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Lightly clap the mint leaves between your hands to release their aroma, then add them to the glass. Pour in the Gratsi Sparkling White Wine, followed by the elderflower liqueur and soda water. Stir gently and serve immediately.
