STEP 1: Shape the Dough
Stretch out the pizza dough to your desired thickness on a lightly floured surface.

STEP 2: Spread the Tomato Sauce
Spread the crushed San Marzano tomatoes evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

STEP 3: Layer the Anchovies
Distribute the chopped anchovy filets evenly over the pizza.

STEP 4: Add Olives, Capers, and Garlic
Scatter the Kalamata olives, capers, and thinly sliced garlic over the sauce.

STEP 5: Drizzle with Oil and Add Basil
Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and tear fresh basil on top of the pizza.
STEP 6: Bake the Pizza
Carefully transfer the pizza to a preheated oven (475°F or higher) and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are slightly charred.
STEP 7: Finish with Oregano and Basil
Once out of the oven, sprinkle dried oregano and torn fresh basil leaves over the top.
STEP 8: Slice and Serve
Slice and serve hot. Add red pepper flakes for extra heat if desired.
