When will my order arrive?
Gratsi orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days. To protect wine integrity during the summer months, orders placed after 5pm EST Wednesday will ship out on Monday. Subscribers can avoid shipping delays by setting your next delivery date to a Monday or Tuesday.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, a signature from someone 21+ is required for all alcohol deliveries. PLEASE NOTE: We are not allowed to leave the package without a signature and age verification.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
We'll always make at least three attempts at delivery before your order is returned to us. Sign up for a UPS My Choice account to get real-time delivery notifications. PLEASE NOTE: We can only change the location or the delivery date and cannot instruct the driver on specific drop-off instructions. If you can't be home to sign for your delivery, we can always redirect your order to a more convenient location (work address) or to an authorized pick-up location (UPS Store). Do you offer pick-up locations?
Yes, if being home to sign for deliveries is a challenge, you can arrange to pick up at a nearby UPS Store. Some locations may charge a pick-up fee. Contact [email protected] for help setting this up on pending orders or active subscriptions.
