STEP 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
STEP 2: Prepare the Zucchini
Prepare the zucchini: Grate it and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for a few minutes, then squeeze out excess moisture—either with your hands or using a clean kitchen towel or pillow (as shown in the video).

STEP 3: Mix the Filling
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, eggs, olive oil, semolina, milk, feta cheese, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

STEP 4: Fill the Baking Dish
Transfer to a baking dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 13x9-inch (33x22 cm) baking dish, spreading it evenly.

STEP 5: Bake Until Golden
Bake for approximately 50 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

STEP 6: Cool and Serve
Cool and serve: Let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy your homemade Greek zucchini pie with a glass of Gratsi White for the perfect pairing!
