Salmon with Lemon and Honey
This is my go-to recipe when I’m out of time. It’s fast, easy, and full of flavor!

This dish tastes like you spent way more time on it than you actually did.
The lemony-garlic sauce with honey and mustard is the perfect combo.

STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
STEP 2
In a small jar, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic. Shake well.

STEP 3
Line the bottom of your baking dish with the lemon slices. Place the salmon fillets on top.

STEP 4
Pour the sauce over the salmon, making sure it’s evenly coated.

STEP 5
Cover with a lid or wrap tightly with parchment paper and foil.
STEP 6
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.

STEP 7
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and the baked garlic, if used. Serve warm.
