Summer vibes on a plate by @lemongrovelane 🍋☀️. Al dente perfection meets zesty lemony goodness, all topped off with a sprinkle of parsley. Your ticket to a taste of summer paradise!
• 14 ounces pasta
• 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
• 2 lemons
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Chopped parsley, for garnish
Prepare pasta al dente.
In a medium size sauce, pan add butter and olive oil.
When it starts to sizzle, add garlic, and the zest of one lemon.
Add the juice of one whole lemon and continue to stir.
Add spaghetti to the skillet with the lemon sauce.
Add reserved 1/4 cup pasta water.
Finish cooking the spaghetti in the sauce pan. Add a little more water or olive oil as needed. Serve hot with more lemon zest and chopped parsley!
