Lemon Pasta Recipe: Bright & Creamy Italian Pasta al Limone

STEP 1: Cook the Pasta
Prepare pasta al dente.
STEP 2: Make the Lemon Sauce
In a medium size sauce pan, add butter and olive oil. When it starts to sizzle, add garlic and the zest of one lemon.

STEP 3: Add the Lemon Juice
Add the juice of one whole lemon and continue to stir.
STEP 4: Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add spaghetti to the skillet with the lemon sauce. Add reserved 1/4 cup pasta water.

STEP 5: Finish and Serve
Finish cooking the spaghetti in the sauce pan. Add a little more water or olive oil as needed. Serve hot with more lemon zest and chopped parsley.
