• cubed 2/3 cup pasta marinara sauce for dipping

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, cut pizza dough in to 8 pieces using a bench scraper.
  4. Form a rectangle, add a cube of cheese, and fold inward to form a tight ball.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. Melt butter and lightly sauté crushed garlic.
  7. Brush with garlic butter.
  8. Sprinkle with course salt and your favorite Italian herbs.
  9. Dip in marinara sauce!

Notes: You can make the pizza balls ahead and freeze them. Thaw out for about 20 minutes prior to cooking.
