Ingredients

  • 12

    ounces fresh pasta

  • 1/2

    cup cream

  • 6

    tablespoons butter

  • 3/4

    cup parmesan cheese

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare pasta according to manufacturer's instructions.

Step 2

Drain but do not rinse and reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta water for cooking.

Step 3

In a heavy sauce pan heat, do not boil, cream.

Add butter, stir.

Step 5

Stir in a pinch of nutmeg.

Step 6

Add cheese, stir.

Step 7

Add pasta, stir to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy!
