Ingredients

    mL (1/4 cup) brandy

    mL (1/4 cup) triple sec

    tbsp simple syrup or agave

    orange, sliced

  • 1

    lime, sliced

  • 1

    pear, sliced

  • 1/2

    cup cranberries

  • 2

    cinnamon sticks

  • 1/2

    cup club soda or ginger ale

Our wines are naturally zero sugar, so it's easy to adjust this recipe to the perfect sweetness for you.
Tip: This recipe works well with substitutions! Use lemons instead of limes, apples for the pear, or pomegranate seeds for the cranberries. You can also experiment with cloves, caradamon and other spices.

STEP 1

In a large pitcher, stir together the simple syrup, triple sec, brandy, fruit and spices

Add the Gratsi Red

Cover and let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.

STEP 4

Just before serving, add the club soda or ginger ale
