Dinner like this hits different. Mama whipped up her homemade fettuccine and tossed it with juicy shrimp in a buttery garlic and Gratsi White sauce, with bursts of cherry tomatoes, a pinch of chili flakes, and loads of fresh parsley. A little lemon zest on top, a glass of Gratsi White on the side, and honestly… this is the kind of meal that makes you feel like you’re at a seaside trattoria — except you’re just in Mamas kitchen Bring more of the Mediterranean to your dinner table — warm up with a bowl of classic Minestrone Soup, find your next escape with a Mini Cultural Escape to the Med, or impress at your next gathering with Mortadella, Mozzarella and Pistachio Phyllo Triangles.

STEP 1: Boil the Pasta Water
Boil salted water for pasta and set aside.
STEP 2: Cook the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add shrimp.

STEP 3: Cook the Pasta
While shrimp cooks, cook pasta for 7-8 minutes.
STEP 4: Build the Sauce
To the shrimp, add chili flakes, Gratsi White, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and parsley (reserve some for garnish). Stir well.

STEP 5: Toss and Plate
Drain pasta and toss it with the shrimp sauce. Serve in a dish, topping with grated lemon zest, parsley, and olive oil. Enjoy!
