Dinner like this hits different. Mama whipped up her homemade fettuccine and tossed it with juicy shrimp in a buttery garlic and Gratsi White sauce, with bursts of cherry tomatoes, a pinch of chili flakes, and loads of fresh parsley. A little lemon zest on top, a glass of Gratsi White on the side, and honestly… this is the kind of meal that makes you feel like you’re at a seaside trattoria — except you’re just in Mamas kitchen

STEP 1
Boil salted water for pasta and set aside.
STEP 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add shrimp.

STEP 3
While shrimp cooks, cook pasta for 7-8 minutes.
STEP 4
To the shrimp, add chili flakes, Gratsi White, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and parsley (reserve some for garnish). Stir well.

STEP 5
Drain pasta and toss it with the shrimp sauce. Serve in a dish, topping with grated lemon zest, parsley, and olive oil. Enjoy!
