Ingredients

  • 1/3

    cup + 1 tbsp milk (100 ml)

  • 3

    eggs

  • 3/4

    cup Greek strained yogurt (200 g)

  • 3/4

    cup extra virgin olive oil (80 ml)

  • 1, 2/3

    cups self-rising flour (200 g)

  • 1, 3/4

    cups crumbled feta cheese (400 g)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Extra virgin olive oil (for greasing and drizzling)

  • Sesame seeds (for topping)

STEP 1

In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.

Add the yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
