This chicken pie is light, creamy, and full of Mediterranean flavor — the perfect balance of comfort and nutrition. STEP 1: Sauté the Onion
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the sliced onion until soft.
STEP 2: Add the Vegetables
Add the blended onions, red pepper, and carrots. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables soften.
STEP 3: Add the Wine
Pour in the white wine and let it cook for about 3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
STEP 4: Add Chicken and Season
Add the shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Set aside to cool slightly.
STEP 5: Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.
STEP 6: Combine with Oats and Feta
Add the chicken mixture, stir well, then add the oats and feta. Mix until everything is combined.
STEP 7: Pour into Pan and Top
Pour the mixture into a baking pan (10x12 inches / 23x33 cm). Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
STEP 8: Bake Until Set
Bake at 350°F (180°C) in convection mode for 30 minutes, until golden on top. Serve warm with a glass of Gratsi White — its crisp, floral notes pair beautifully with the creamy feta and savory chicken.
