STEP 1: Sauté the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté until just white.

STEP 2: Add Onion and Garlic
Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.

STEP 3: Deglaze with Wine
Deglaze with Gratsi White and let it evaporate.

STEP 4: Add the Spices
Sprinkle in curry powder, salt, and pepper, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.

STEP 5: Simmer Until Cooked
Pour in water, cover the pan, and cook on medium heat for about 30-35 minutes.
STEP 6: Mix the Yogurt Sauce
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with mustard.
STEP 7: Finish the Sauce
Once most of the water has evaporated, remove the pan from heat and stir in the yogurt-mustard mixture until well combined.
