Ingredients

  • 2

    pounds (1 kg) chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

  • 2

    onions, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1/4

    cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil

  • 3/4

    cup (180 ml) Gratsi White

  • 1/2

    cup (120 ml) watery

  • 2

    tbsp curry powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Yogurt Mixture

  • 200g

    Greek yogurt

  • 2

    tbsp mustard

  • Rice, to serve

STEP 1

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté until just white.
