  • Water

  • Tonic water

  • Gratsi White (for an elevated twist)

  • Cranberries or pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)

TOTAL TIME

10 minutes

servings

This simple yet elegant drink will keep the holiday cheer flowing. Perfectly served in our Bacaro glasses, it’s all about slow sips and good company. For more aperitivo options, our three Italian spritzes cover the full range of the hour — or explore the history behind the ritual in The Aperitivo & The Aperitif.

A hand holds a glass of a light-colored drink with cranberries and rosemary, next to another glass and a pitcher, with blurred Christmas lights and a tree in the background.

Freeze the Rosemary

Place a sprig of rosemary into each Bacaro glass. Use tape to hold it upright.

Add Water to Set

Add just enough water to cover the base of the rosemary.

Freeze Solid

Freeze the glasses for about 4 hours or until solid.

Fill with Gratsi White

When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and fill the glasses to the brim with Gratsi White and tonic water.

Garnish & Serve

For a festive touch, add cranberries or pomegranate seeds.

Two glasses with clear drinks, ice, and garnishes of cranberries and rosemary sit on a white surface. The glasses are labeled GRATSI LIVE SLOW. A blurred, decorated Christmas tree is in the background.
