A wooden tray holds bowls of chopped red bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomatoes, sliced red chili peppers, a block of white cheese, a block of yellow cheese, and a glass labeled GRATSI. A white bowl filled with freshly chopped red tomatoes sits on a wooden surface.

STEP 1: Layer the Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). In a small ovenproof dish, layer half of the tomatoes and peppers. Place the feta in the center and cover with the remaining vegetables.

STEP 3: Bake Until Melted

Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
