Baked Feta with Figs

    g feta cheese (about 7 oz)

  • 9

    fresh figs, cut into 3 equal parts

  • 80

    g pistachios, roughly chopped (about ½ cup)

  • Extra virgin olive oil (as your heart desires)

  • Honey (as your heart desires)

  • A sprinkle of dried oregano

This dish is the definition of an effortless meze. Sweet, caramelized figs paired with creamy baked feta make the perfect centerpiece for a gathering. It’s quick, elegant, and needs just a handful of ingredients—ideal for sharing with friends over a glass of Gratsi White and warm, crusty bread.

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) on the grill setting. Place the feta block in the center of the baking dish.

Arrange the sliced figs around the cheese and scatter the chopped pistachios over the top.

Drizzle with olive oil, honey and sprinkle dried oregano.
