A bright, citrus-forward spritz with a soft floral finish. The orange blossom adds a subtle Mediterranean touch that feels elevated but still effortless. For more pre-dinner inspiration, explore our Mediterranean sangria spritz or the complete guide to Italian aperitivo — because the ritual matters as much as the drink.

Mix & Pour

Fill glasses with ice. Add Aperol and orange blossom water, then top with Sparkling Wine.

A sunlit table with a bottle of GRATS! wine, a bottle of Aperol, sparkling water, a bowl of orange slices, and a green vase holding white tulips against a light gray background. A hand holds tongs to place ice into a crystal glass. Nearby are bottles of aperitif and white wine, a jigger, orange slices, and a vase with white tulips on a white surface against a gray background. A hand pours red aperitif into a gold cocktail glass beside a bottle of wine, crystal glass, sliced oranges, and a green vase with white tulips on a white surface.

Stir & Garnish

Stir gently and garnish with orange slices and fresh rosemary.
Optional: add a splash of sparkling water for a lighter drink.
Cheers!
